Union/Life bond?
What happens if you cast Life Bond on a Spirit of Union?
Apart from my head exploding.

Get over what?
So how does it stack if you have life bond on someone and union active? Single double or triple union?

good point, have to try this out.
Hopefully it'll reduce the damage before bond comes into effect then reduce the damage again as the bonder takes it. Can anyone get any info on this?

I need this...
Life Bond: While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever target other ally takes damage from an attack, half the damage is redirected to you. The damage you receive this way is reduced by 3...25 points.
Union: Create a level 1...7 Spirit. Whenever an ally in its range takes damage, that damage is reduced by 15 and the Spirit takes 15 damage. This Spirit dies after 30-54 seconds.
theoretically, union shouldn't do anything extra if you cast life bond on it. Union says it will take 15 'damage' not 15 'attack damage' so that wont get reduced. And because life bond has no influence on union's ability to reduce damage, it wont reduce it any further.
And if the spirit itself takes attack damage, half of it is redirected to you. I guess the bonus is that once you take the redirected damage, it's reduced by 15 from union, lol.
Editing: tired... bad structure

As Viade stated, you cant enchant spirits.
we're talking about enchanting someone whilst union is under effect.

oh... right, lol
sorry^^ *look at my edit, lol*
hmm, two outcomes then
1)If union reduces the damage before life bond.
eg. 95 - 15(union) = 80. 80/2 = 40 damage taken by enchanted person. 40 - 3...25= 37...15 damage taken by caster - union = 22...0 damage taken by caster
2)Life bond reduces damage and then union comes into effect:
eg. 95/2 = 47.5. 47.5 - 15 = 32.5 damage taken by enchanted person. 47.5 - 3...25 = 44.5...23 damage taken by caser + union = 29.5...8 damage taken by caster.

Ah, yes sorry I hadn't thought about that wording on life bond. Either way they stack quite well if redirected damage from life bond counts as attack damage, although I suspect it does not
NM was half asleep, union doesn't have the same wording. Nice!

Can u stack life bond and union/shelter on another person? If so will the effective damage be reduced more significantly than just having life bond on that character?
Wierd question im sure. But i did note that the union/shelter area effect range IS larger i think than anyone's aggro radius. Can anyone correct me on this?
